Free Bet

Winnings from Free Bets cannot be withdrawn directly. The original stake amount will be deducted from Free Bet winnings, and the remainder will be credited to your balance. Free Bets are generally valid for 7 days.

Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination and forfeiture of the entire balance.

Bet Acceptance

Live Betting

• Use of Bots: Placing bets using automated software or bots.

• Selling or Transferring Your Account: Allowing someone else to use your account.

If you wish to close your account yourself

To close your account at any time, contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

Inactive Account Fee

A monthly maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been completely inactive for 12 months. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically deactivated.

• Betting losses due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by third-party hacking or fraud.
• Missed opportunities due to unexpected server downtime.
• Losses resulting from the user's own incorrect information or password sharing.
